It’s an opportunity to try paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, boating, archery and much much more. We will be highlighting the importance movement and activity has on mental health and well being. The Pikes Peak Regional Airshow supports three museums in Colorado Springs—The Ft. Carson 4th Infantry Museum, The Peterson Air and Space Museum and The National Museum of WWII Aviation. These unique institutions are dedicated to the education of future generations through the preservation of our nation’s military heritage. Parking is FREE for all patrons. The Edification Station will be rocking the kid zone, please come by and see us for engaging activities. We will be supporting the Family Collective to share resources our front range families might need.

This NEW Early Childhood Development Training (3-5) on February 26th will cover a range of norms across developmental domains and help ECEs to recognize some of the red flags or potential concerns that could be best addressed through support from Child Find or services that are designed to support children who may be delayed. We will share best practices for talking to families when there is a concern for their child’s development. We will provide concrete steps you can take to identify, refer, and support children in your programs to access preschool developmental evaluations, Early Childhood Mental Health supports at no cost.
